Customer Satisfaction Survey 2024
Many thanks for all your responses and comments about the e-books for FE collection in the recent Customer Satisfaction Survey. Satisfaction with the collection remains high at 88%, however we are already planning ahead for next year to increase satisfaction even further, e.g. by working in a more targeted way with the four UK nations individually to see what we can do to improve relevance and content across all curriculum areas and qualifications. Rest assured all Survey comments will be read in order to identify potential areas for improvement, and we will also contact some responders directly in the coming weeks if any advice on specific issues can be given just now.
