Evolving VLRs project: we want to hear from you!
As you may be aware, we’re currently running a project to look at how we might redesign our services to make sure that they continue to be valuable to members.
During the first stage of our project, we spoke to teaching staff about their general experiences with digital resources and came away with some really useful and interesting insights.
Using this research, we’ve recently come up with a new idea for a potential product and we would love to get some feedback on some basic mock ups of our idea to see if this is an idea that we should pursue.
We’re still focusing on speaking to teaching staff at the moment and you don’t need to have been involved in the previous stages of the project in order to get involved now: we will make sure that volunteers are fully updated on our process so far and how we’ve arrived at this new idea.
The feedback sessions will take about 45 minutes and will take place on Zoom. There’s nothing to prepare beforehand and we appreciate that everyone is very busy at the moment so we can be very flexible around your schedule and pick a date and time that suits you.

New Academic Year, New Subscription
As we’re approaching the end of the academic year, this is a reminder that if you are currently subscribed to our Vocational Learning Resources, the licence agreement for the academic year 2021-22 will end on 31st July 2022.
For continued access, please make sure that you sign the new licence agreement for 2022-23 which is now available on the Licence Subscriptions Manager (LSM) here: https://subscriptionsmanager.jisc.ac.uk/catalogue/2778
The VLRs are still a free service so there will be no charge for taking out a subscription but if you do not sign the agreement for next year, you will not be able to access the resources from 1st August onwards.
