Welcome to the July issue of the Vocational Learning Resources newsletter. As we are now at the end of the academic year, we have a couple of reminders about access to our Vocational Learning Resources and how to request further support and guidance. But most of all, we hope you have a great summer!
Top users during free access period
Last month, we looked at our most popular resources for each service from January 2021 to now.
As we’re coming to the end of our free access period, we wanted to give a shout out to the organisations with the highest usage throughout this period for each service!
Construction Training: Truro and Penwith College
Digital and IT Training: Exeter College
Education and Childcare Training: Aylesbury College
Health and Social Care Training: North East Scotland
We hope you’ve enjoyed using the resources!
Accessing the VLRs after 31st July
Our VLR free access period ends on 31st July and, after this date, you will not be able to access the resources without signing a free licence agreement via the Licence Subscription Manager (LSM).
We’re pleased to announce that this agreement is now available and you can find it here:
Once the agreement has been signed, you will receive an email confirming that your organisation has access to the resources.
Again, please note that to access the resources, you need an IdP such as Shibboleth or OpenAthens and if you are having any access issues, please do contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have any questions about this agreement, please let your account manager know.
We’re here to help!
Are you looking for further support on using our Vocational Learning Resources? Looking to engage your teaching staff with a demo of our resources or a Q&A?
The FE and Skills Content Team are here to help! We’re happy to provide general overview of our resources or a subject specific demo and answer any questions you might have.
If your organisation would benefit from some one on one support from our team, please do let your account manager know!
