New webinar series from January 2020

From January we will be hosting a new series of monthly webinars, which will take the form of a monthly clinic. The first half of each webinar will focus on a short tutorial based on recent common queries. The second half will be a live clinic in which you can ask questions to a member of the e-books team. The registration page will soon be available for you to book your place. Keep an eye on the announcement on the mailing list over the coming days.

Leaving the organisation: Don’t forget to set up a new Jisc account owner

As we approach the end of the first term, we know some of you may be moving onto new roles in new organisations. If you are leaving your organisation, we are sorry to see you go and we wish you success in your new role. It’s important that we have the most current account holder information. Otherwise, learners might lose access to Jisc’s FE and skills content when subscriptions need to be renewed. Before you leave your post, please log in to your Licence subscriptions manager account and go to the ‘My Account’ tab. From here you can update your account owner details. You can also contact the helpdesk at help.digitalresources@jisc.ac.uk. It’s always helpful to email your account manager and let them know who will be taking over as their contact. Email your account manager and let them know that you will be leaving the organisation, and who will be taking over your role. You can find your account manager here.
